The three partners represent a complementary educational and cultural ecosystem: a Romanian national college with active international mobility and digital initiatives; a Bulgarian secondary school with clearly documented historical continuity and extensive project activity; and a Romanian county library with a long institutional history, digital resources and European projects. Their common profile is an orientation towards competence development (incl. digital), inclusion of different target groups (students, teachers, adults), and participation in European/cross-border formats for exchange and modernization of education and culture.
